Eastgate provides a respite/transition service 7 nights and weekends.

The lifestyle plans which each service user creates are utilised to assist the staff to plan the activities and outings for their stay.

The Trust’s transition service operates from a house that has 3 bedrooms, quality furnishings and is situated in a quiet neighbourhood.

Our accommodation has up to three service users per night to 1 staff, which enables the Trust to offer a quality respite/transition service.
